Azad Hama Sumo, a figure who rejects the fact that Jalal Talabani's leadership to go on its illegal dominating the resolution authority of the of the PUK said there are desperate attempts by  Jalal Talabani and his closest faction, most  of them are of  security forces, to suppress any correcting voice addressing  for transparency and disclosure the areas for which the party and its associated bodies expenditure, particularly in Sulaymaniyah, the main party stronghold. Sumo added in an interview with FATEHOON  correspondent  in Berlin that Talabani's wife, Hero Ahmed is seeking to expand her financial empire  with the assistance of her two sons  Bavel & Qubad, parallel to her attempts to convince  the party old guards to find her sons  legal firm posts in the party and its institutions before the death of Jalal, as it has been reported that  Hero has always talked about the possibility of the end of her husband within few weeks as a de facto. She herself said  Jalal's trip to  Washington last month was the last in his life. 

The party staff, resident in Germany, pointed out  that corruption is eating into the PUK and that all his leaderships are battling among themselves in order to reap greater wealth at the expense of the poor Kurdish people. He said that Talabani's family owne a main company  known "Nukan" which dominate the majority of projects and tenders, particularly those in the field of construction relating to  the context of the reconstruction of Kurdistan, That no local contractor can compete them for they depend on  frauding the laws by providing the highest bidding by names of fictitious companies, whereas Talabani's company  publically provides lower biddings so as tenders appear legal. The Kurdish source said the most of the projects, dominated by the company of  Talabani's family are never to be carried out, such as the construction of Sulaymaniyah - Dukan and Sulaymaniyah-Arbad highways, where another fake bidding was set up later on, on the same roads . 

  The source confirmed that the Ministers of the Government of Kurdistan have no right of accessing  to budgets, which are completely controlled over by  the leadership of the PUK in Sulaymaniyah. 

The source revealed fake big contracts for establishing a large electricity company in Sulaymaniyah four years ago and citizens  still get only  four hour-a-day power at best.
