The armed factions in Nineveh announced to destroy any facility, building or tower pertaining to"Asia Cell"  telecommunications company for mobile phones by the invalidity of the understanding- contract between these factions and "Asia Cell" concerning providing protection for monthly ransom.  

A reliable source reported to FATEHOON correspondent  in Mosul, "the Kurdish company, whose share of the total capital of the project is (51%) and that of Wataniya Telecom of Kuwait (40%), and of the United Gulf Bank is (9%) only, has begun working  for years now to provide its services in Nineveh since it was prevented of exercising its activity in both provinces of Dohuk, Erbil, due to the fact that there was  Cork company working therein has had association with Kurdish leadership in Erbil, though Asia Cell was founded in Sulaymaniyah since 1999" 

The source added that the company normally used to pay $ 350 thousand dollars per month for the resistance factions in return for providing protection to them, the which they have regarded as national contribution against the U.S. occupation. The source poined out that Mr. Farouk Mullah Mustafa Rasul, Asia-Cell Company chairman has recently refused to pay the monthly benefit, informing a number of negotiators contacted him through his headquarters in Sulaymaniyah that there two plants of producing sugar and cement do not pay any amounts and they have to deal with his company alike.

 
The source also pointed out that the ruling Kurdish parties, especially in Sulaymaniyah have been informed of the monthly payment but had no way to interfering in or changing it. The source said," the next stage is going to start with   targeting, as appeared in a publication distributed in the city, all officials coming from  Sulaymaniyah to Mosul for the purpose of sustaining the company's transmitting centers, referring to the fact that there are about two hundred foreign engineer working in Asia Cell  a group of them is working on  an ongoing tasks of maintaining the network of transmission towers in Nineveh after 112 transmission towers and the main transmission headquarters have been destroyed over several stages, which ended in completely stopping transmission post bombing the largest network knots of the company in Mosul, 

 "Rumors of Assayesh 'Security of the Kurdish Democratic Party of Kurdistan' interference in the work of the company has been exaggerated to cover up the truth,  Jalal Talabani fully refuse any such an intervention," the source said " In Nineveh, all the circles know well that the atmosphere is now being charged against the Kurdish parties in Mosul and that anything said against them is incredibly accepted and believed as facts."
